The National Centre of Personalised Endocrine Medicine
A team of the National Medical Research Centre of Endocrinology has been engaged to create the National Centre for Personalized Medicine of Endocrine Diseases. This is logical, as personalized medicine is a concept that has long been implemented in the centre of endocrinology.

Founded by scientist I.I. Dedov, his model of personalized preventive treatment is in line with global goals - saving the people, minimising the risks of preventable disability and mortality due to diabetes mellitus and endocrine tumors, preserving the intellectual and reproductive potential of the Russian Federation, and ensuring the duration and quality of life of fellow citizens.

Goals and Objectives
Goal 1
To create an analytical system for predicting the development of complications and outcomes of the course of endocrine diseases using high-tech diagnostic algorithms, artificial intelligence technology and big data analysis on the basis of the endocrinopathy database.

Goal 2
To develop progressive technologies for personalized diagnosis of endocrine and oncoendocrine diseases (diabetes mellitus, congenital dysfunction of the adrenal cortex, autoimmune polyglandular syndromes, various forms of thyroid cancer, parathyroid tumors, multiple endocrine neoplasia syndromes) based on a platform developed using an artificial intelligence platform that unites clinical, genomic, metabolomic, and immuno-histochemical parameters.

Goal 3
To develop progressive methods of therapy for endocrine diseases, primarily diabetes mellitus, orphan life-threatening (congenital dysfunction of the adrenal cortex (viril and salt-losing forms of adrenogenital syndrome)) and oncoendocrine pathologies (multiple endocrine and thyroid tumors) glands) on the basis of modern radionuclide, genetic, and cellular technologies.
